Q.01Is IKAR Technologies an authorised distributor for one brand?
No. IKAR Technologies is an independent global sourcing partner. It buys from manufacturers and Tier-1 authorised channels across Asia, Europe and other regions, so one order can combine several brands without regional territory limits.
Q.02Is VAT charged on exports from Dubai?
IKAR Technologies operates from the IFZA Free Zone in Dubai. Goods exported or re-exported outside the UAE are invoiced at 0% VAT.
Q.03How do you confirm the equipment is original?
All goods ship in original factory-sealed packaging. Before dispatch, the Dubai warehouse checks serial numbers, physical condition and packaging, and the client receives a pre-shipment QC report.
Q.04Which Incoterms do you support?
EXW Dubai, FOB, CIF and CIP, plus other Incoterms 2020 terms on request.
Q.05Can I send a full Bill of Materials for a tender?
Yes. Upload a BOM in Excel, CSV or PDF. IKAR returns a consolidated quotation with price and lead time for every line.
